01 Get in Touch
We want to know all about you and your biz to see how we can help! Get in touch below and book in for a chat so we can make sure we're on the same page.
02 The Prep
We’ll gather all your deets in a client questionnaire, as well as anything related to your website project like your brand photos, logos, and copy.
03 The Plan
We'll moodboard, curate and present you with a plan in a 1:1 strategy sesh. We'll work closely with you to make sure you're getting exactly what you want.
04 The Magic
This is where the magic happens ✨ We’ll use our website strategy and all we've discussed to come up with a Homepage design that will set the bar for the rest of the website.
05 The Build
Sit back and relax while we build out your dream website ⚒️ Once we’ve tweaked and tinkered, we’ll reconvene to go over the draft and make any changes you want.
06 The Wrap
We did it! Before we say goodbye (for now), we’ll take care of the final handover, a quick training session, and any last questions before we set your site live!

Just about any page you like! We recommend at least a Home page, About page, Contact page, Services or Info page, and Portfolio or Blog page. We're happy to be flexible and adapt to your unique business needs.

Apart from the five page limit, we do need to impose a few restrictions on more complex pages because they take a bit longer, falling outside of the Week of the Website scope. This includes:
Collection pages (Blog, Portfolio, and Shop pages): For collection pages, we will only build the cover page and one collection item (1x blog post, 1x portfolio project, or 1x product). If you have more content or products to add, you can do this yourself after the end of the project by simply duplicating the item and following our step by step tutorials, OR purchase an add-on for us to take care of it for you.
Courses and Member Sites: These complex pages are not included as they simply take too long to create alongside a full website design in a week timeframe. If you would like these added to your site, purchase an add-on and we'll create these for you after your website week!

The Week of the Website package only includes five pages. If you would like to add more pages or features, we can certainly do so at an additional cost. Let’s chat!

For sure! Squarespace has a great built-in e-commerce feature available for all Squarespace sites. Learn more about it here.

To start on your website, we'll need to have access to your brand assets (like your logo), your copy (aka your website words) for each page of your website, and high res professional photographs of you, your business, and your products. We'll ask you to upload these to a shared Drive so that we can easily access them.

In addition to the website build, you will need to purchase:
A Squarespace subscription, starting from $16 per month for a Personal Plan.
A domain (URL), generally ranging from $10 - $40 per month. You can get your domain for FREE for the 1st year when you purchase an annual Squarespace subscription.

All through your website week, you get as many revisions as you need to make your website exactly as you envisioned it. We'll work hard to promptly implement your feedback and make your requested tweaks. Once the website week is over, large design revisions are no longer accepted.

If DIY is not on your list, we'll be happy to keep your website updated for you. Just book in an Hour of Power! If you think you'll need more help than that on a regular basis, get in touch to learn more about our monthly retainers at a discounted rate.

Yes! Squarespace is an amazing option for small businesses just like you. It's highly flexible, totally customisable, and super user-friendly with its easy drag and drop editor. Plus, we'll teach you everything you need to know about your site and how to maintain it in our 1:1 training sesh at the end of the project.

We can't start your website week without at least a few professional photos. We recommend having those ready before you book your Week of the Website though feel free to get in touch to discuss the project already! Unsplash, Kaboompics, and Pexels are great places to find high-quality, FREE stock photos to use on your website in addition to a couple of professional shots of you.

That's totally fine! We can either give it a full refresh during your website week, or if it only needs a few tweaks, take a look at our Website Day Dreamer package instead. We can repurpose or import any existing website content into your sparkling new website too.

Yes! This is a design intensive where we will be working closely together to create your website as swiftly and efficiently as we can. This involves a certain level of back and forth and input on your behalf so that we can create the exact website that you've been dreaming of. The quicker you can provide feedback at each stage, the better the outcome. This will also ensure that we stay right on the one-week schedule.

We use a few different communication channels including emails, Google Meet for 1:1 chats, and Slack or WhatsApp for quick fire daily chats and check-ins.

We'll request a 50% payment before the project starts and the remaining balance at the end of the website week, right before we transfer full website ownership to you. Too much of an investment for you right now? We can set up a monthly payment plan if needed!

Anything and everything website related, minor tweaks, and how-to's if you get stuck or want to know how anything works. Large revisions and new content is not included.

Before we hand your new website over to you, we'll schedule a training session, walking you through your website and the basics of how to use it so that you can make your own simple updates in the future without having to pay a pro. Of course, if you need help in the future, we’re always here to help!
